We ensure a smooth and compliant signing process, requiring all signers and witnesses to present a physical, valid, non-expired government identification. Note: If the signer lacks proper identification, an affidavit of two credible witnesses can be provided at an additional cost. For signers unable to sign without assistance, we offer a 'Signature by Mark' option, which requires two witnesses. Please note, in accordance with Massachusetts law, immediate family members or spouses cannot serve as witnesses.
