Please review our policies carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient experience with our notary services. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to these policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. One reschedule is allowed per appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a NO SHOW and will be canceled.
No Refunds Policy:
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

If you do not have proper identification at the time of the appointment. Please come prepared!

If the signers are not of legal capacity to execute the document(s) during the appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment. After 15 minutes, it will be considered a NO SHOW.

If the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and no request to reschedule is made.
Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment, which must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment.
